This Refund Policy outlines how returns and exchanges are handled for purchases made on vellinora.com.
✅ Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:
- Be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Be returned in original packaging, including all tags, accessories, or inserts
- Be returned within the specified timeframe (see below)
- Have been purchased directly from vellinora.com
Items showing wear or damage caused by use will not be accepted.
🔁 Return Window
Regular-Priced Items (USA & Canada):
- You have 10 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a refund to your original payment method.
- Returns and exchanges are free within the United States and Canada.
Sale/Discounted Items (USA & Canada):
- Eligible for exchange or store credit only.
- Requests must be initiated within 10 days of delivery.
- Return shipping for discounted items is the customer’s responsibility.
All items marked as “Final Sale” are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
🌍 International Orders (Outside the USA & Canada)
At this time, all international sales are final.
We are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on international orders due to logistics and compliance limitations.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Products showing signs of wear, use, or modification
- Gift cards or store credit
- Personalized or customized items
- Skincare, wellness, and beauty products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
🔒 Return Abuse Policy
To maintain fairness and ensure exceptional service to all our clients, we actively monitor return activity. Excessive or abusive return behavior may result in future returns being subject to restocking or shipping fees. If this applies, we will notify you in advance.
📦 How to Initiate a Return (USA & Canada)
- Request a Return:
Email support@vellinora.com within your return window to initiate a return request. - Approval & Label:
Once approved (typically within 1–2 business days), you’ll receive a prepaid return label via email. - Packaging Instructions:
- Place the item(s) in their original packaging.
- Do not use the product box as the shipping box—place it in a protective shipping mailer or outer box.
- A $5 repacking fee may be charged if packaging is damaged or used as the shipping container.
- Shipping:
Drop your return at any UPS service point or schedule a home pickup using the UPS website.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once the return is received and inspected.
💳 Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original form of payment within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Refunds may take additional time to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution
